Cedarburg Winter - Outdoor Wednesday No. 21
What a difference the seasons make!
This is a bridge I call Monet's bridge near the covered bridge in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, USA. Next time I take this shot in the winter, I guess I will have to step in the water (on the ice?) to eliminate the tree on the left from blocking a part of the bridge. Somehow, it's easier to do that in the water then on (thin) ice, even though I know it isn't deep...
This is the 21th time I have participated in Outdoor Wednesday, and the 1st time I have joined Watery Wednesday.

Fantastic shots! Absolutely better taking shots at the sides rather than walk on thin ice. It's beautiful here. :)
A very romantic scene with that little arched bridge! Beautiful in both seasons!
What a beautiful scene and great pictures both times of the year
The fact that you returned for a 2nd shot for Spring is amazing in contrast as you showed us.
My Wednesday photo is a BROWN PELICAN at the marina [I also have another photo, by link, of the same pelican that is much better...a close up on my photo blog].
COME SEE THE BIRD!
Hope your Wednesday is treating you well.
What a great photo of a beautiful place!
This is absolutely beautiful.
I wish we had known about the covered bridge when we were there.
We visited Wisconsin from the southern area all the way to the tippy top of Door County, a few years ago. While traveling, we visited the Cedar Creek Winery. Beautiful place and wonderful wine.
Enjoyed you showing us what a difference a day can make in the same area. Each view is lovely in its own way.
I am currently reading a book about polar exploration - did you know they would get soaked regularly, and then just continue whatever they were doing? Yuck! I would rather get the dry clothes and a hot choc, after a bath in ice water!
And you are like me, in not wanting to get a little wet to move a tree out of the photo!
I did a double take at first: I thought I was Monet's bridge! Love seeing the bridge in different seasons. Great shots.
