I've never contemplated a snake skeleton before, much less seen one, but after having seen the museum's many exhibits and skeletons, I can imagine this museum has inspired many to pursue medical and biological careers. I also may have inspired a few nightmares as well, but I left enriched and wishing I would have had planned more time for this incredible museum.
I hope you enjoy the autumn season, Halloween and Thanksgiving!

ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool museum and exhibit. It is a great post for Halloween!
Happy Halloween. Enjoy your day, wishing you a great week ahead.
Great post for Halloween, but I wonder what possessed the sculptor to carve the strangulation sculpture? Can you imagine the mind of the person who would spend hours... days... perhaps weeks... carving that?
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing at https://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2019/10/sunrise-over-my-happy-place.html

Truly interesting to see the skeletons and am always amazed at how they carve the statues; especially out of Marble. Enjoyed seeing your post at Pictorial Tuesday so I could come visit. :)
